At T+T we specialize in crafting beautiful and functional specialty gardens that nourish and bring joy while promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

 

T+T was founded by Dr. Kara McElligott Park. She is a physician, mother, garden coach, artist, dreamer, and a constantly-curious, systems-thinking kind of person. Splitting her work between the practices of both medicine and gardening, she is deeply passionate about empowering others to cultivate the beauty, joy, sense of connection, health, and all that the practice of gardening brings to our lives.
